Another Step Closer to Opening

We're excited to share another update from Marée.

Last marked a major milestone with the completion of our outdoor patio. The transformation has been incredible, and we're grateful to Jim Louro and his team for bringing the space to life.

Inside, the restaurant continues to come together. Flooring has arrived, prep work for final finishes is underway, and many of the materials that will define the look and feel of Marée are now on site. Every day the vision becomes a little more tangible.

Behind the scenes, our kitchen equipment, walk-in refrigeration, bar installation, and permanent electrical service are all moving forward over the next week. At the same time, we're assembling our team and have been meeting with talented front-of-house, kitchen, and bar candidates who will help bring the Marée experience to life.

We know many of you are eager for an opening date. So are we. While there are still a few important pieces that need to fall into place before we can confidently announce one, we're getting closer every day.

We can't wait to welcome you in, share a meal, and finally bring this project to life. Every step brings us closer to opening our doors and sharing Marée with the community.
