Marée is a French coastal bistro and bar in downtown Spring Lake, New Jersey. Founded by restaurateur Marilyn Schlossbach and hospitality entrepreneur Bret Morgan, with Executive Chef Mike Smithling leading the kitchen, Marée serves seasonal coastal cooking rooted in local ingredients, warm hospitality, and the community that gathers around the table.
