Thank you for the incredible welcome

The welcome Marée has received from Spring Lake and the surrounding community has been incredible. Thank you to everyone who has stopped in, made a reservation, joined the waitlist, sent a note or simply shared a kind word.

The response has also been much bigger than we expected this early. Reservations opened this week and many dates filled quickly. We are still holding space for walk-ins each night, although wait times may be longer during peak hours.

For now, we are growing slowly and giving our team the time to settle into service. We will continue adding reservations, expanding the bar menu and introducing lunch and longer hours week by week. We want to welcome as many people as possible without losing the care we put into the food, drinks and experience.

We are also putting the finishing touches on the restaurant, including installing the final banquettes in The Vault and adding more soundproofing to the dining room ceiling. These details will make the space more comfortable and help us deliver the experience we had in mind from the beginning.

We are working through a large number of private dining and event requests as well. The Vault will accommodate groups of up to 20 guests, and we will share packages and booking details once the room and our event plans are ready.

Thank you again for showing up for Marée. We know it may take a little time to get everyone through the doors, and we appreciate the grace you have shown our new team during these first few weeks.
